‘Give charity without delay for it stands in the way of calamity.’ (Hadis – Tirmidhi)
Millions of people in need living in Asia are waiting for a helping hand. You can support and meet their needs by donating food packs during the month of Ramadan. Every Ramadan, we provide food packs to Muslim families containing essential items like rice, oil and flour. Your supports are crucial to many Muslims in the region especially for the precious month of Ramadan to fulfill brotherhood. The donations we received last year alone allowed us provide food to more than 50,000 people in 7 countries during Ramadan. These food packs will enable them to live more comfortably and happily with their families. We distribute these food packs to poor families in Bangladesh, Thailand, Cambodia, Rohingya, Aceh, Philippines and Indonesia.

Ramadan Iftar and Suhoor
In Indonesia, Bangladesh, Philippines, Cambodia and Thailand, many tahfiz students continue their education during the month of Ramadan. They are waiting for your support to make Iftar and suhoor. By donating iftar and suhoor for the students, you can help them with their studies and earn rewards while they are reading Qur’an every day. Support their iftar and be a part of dua of students after every iftar and suhoor.
The virtue of Ramadan
The month of Ramadan is a great month. Prayer, dhikr, sadaqah and all similar nafilah prayers performed in this month are equivalent to the rewards of wajib performed outside of the month of Ramadan. If a person performs a wajib during the month of Ramadan, it is as if he performed seventy wajib outside of the month of Ramadan. If a person gives iftar to a fasting person in this month, it will be a means for his sins to be forgiven and to be free from Jahannam. The reward of fasting person will be given to the person giving the iftar. Whoever lightens the jobs of those who are under his command this month, Allah will forgive him and save him from the punishment of Jahannam. Rasulullah (s.a.w) released all the slaves and gave whomever wants anything when the month of Ramadan begins. Whoever can succeed in doing good deeds during this month Allah (s.w.t) blesses that person rest of the year with good deeds. Ramadan is a month that we should take advantage of the countless blessings of Allah (s.w.t) and recover ourselves spiritually.
How do our organization prepare for Ramadan?
– Preparations begin one month before the Ramadan. Places to organize iftar and people who needs our help are determined. Starting with the Hafiz students, we find needy people to support.
– We evaluate previously supported countries and people during Ramadan month. All necessary aids are determined.
– Creating communication channels with our partner institutions. Iftar organizations are arranged especially for Hafiz students. We work closely with partner institutions to find local people in need.
1 Iftar and 1 Suhoor for 50 hafiz students is SGD 150.
1 Iftar and 1 Suhoor for 100 hafiz students is SGD 250.
The dua Rasulullah (s.a.w) read before iftar:
اللَّهُمَّ اِنِّى لَكَ صُمْتُ وَبِكَ امنْتُ وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ اَفْطَرْتُ
